4. Fees and Payments

a. The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the services provided by Stamina Digital as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
b. Invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be applied to overdue invoices.

5. Notice of Cancellation

a. The Client may cancel services provided by Stamina Digital with a 14-day notice period.
b. Upon cancellation, the Client remains liable for any outstanding fees owed to Stamina Digital for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

6. Package Variability

a. Stamina Digital reserves the right to modify service packages at any time. The Client will receive notice of any changes to their service package.
b. Modifications to service packages will not affect the quality or level of service provided without prior agreement with the Client.

7. Results and Client Compliance

a. Stamina Digital provides advice and recommendations based on industry best practices and expertise. We are not responsible for any results not met if the Client fails to follow our advice or meet post requirements such as providing content for marketing materials.
b. The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of marketing strategies may vary based on numerous factors beyond Stamina Digital's control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stamina Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

9. Governing Law
